Customers may cancel their reservations up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
2. Changes to Reservations:
Changes to reservations (such as date, time, or type of vehicle) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
If changes result in a higher service cost, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
3. No-Show Policy:
If a customer fails to show up at the designated pick-up location without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Early Termination:
If a customer decides to terminate the service earlier than the scheduled time, no partial refunds will be provided for the unused time.
5. Vehicle Condition and Damages:
Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their guests during the rental period. Costs for repairs will be billed directly to the customer.
Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unreasonably dirty condition.
6. Service Cancellations by Majestic VIP Limos:
In the rare event that Majestic VIP Limos needs to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown), customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
7. Refund Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original method of payment.
